By scheduling any lesson, road test, or service with Better Driving of Westchester LLC, you agree to the following terms:
• When you book a lesson or make a payment, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
• If you do not agree, please do not schedule any services.
All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. There are no
exceptions.
To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us by:
• Calling, texting 914-260-6637, or
• Emailing nyroadtest@gmail.com
If you call and we don’t answer, it is your responsibility to send a text message or email within the
24-hour window. You must be able to provide proof (timestamp).
If there is no proof, it will be considered a late cancellation.
If you cancel late, miss your lesson, or are not ready at the scheduled time:
• The lesson will be lost
• The service will be forfeited
• No refund or credit will be given
This applies to all lessons, road tests, packages, and any scheduled service.
Refunds are only available if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
If canceled properly, you may choose to:
• Reschedule your lesson, or
• Request a refund
If you cancel late or miss your appointment:
• No refund will be issued
• The service will be forfeited
To participate in a lesson or road test, you must:
• Be on time and ready
• Bring all required documents:
• Valid learner permit or driver’s license
• 5-hour pre-licensing certificate (for road test)
• MV-262 form completed and signed by a parent or guardian (if under 18)
If your permit shows a vision restriction, you must wear your glasses or contact lenses during the
lesson and road test.
If you arrive without the required documents or are not properly prepared:
• The service will be forfeited
• No refund or reschedule
• If you arrive late, your lesson time will be shortened.
• If you are significantly late, the lesson may be canceled and treated as a missed appointment,
which means it will be forfeited without refund.
Your instructor will arrive at the scheduled time and address provided.
They will make every effort to park as close as possible, as long as it is safe and a parking spot is
available.
Instructors will not enter private property (such as driveways) unless necessary for safety reasons.
When your instructor arrives:
• Please be outside and ready on time
• Check around — the instructor may be parked nearby, not directly in front of your home
If you do not see the instructor:
• Check your phone for calls or messages
• Contact us immediately
The instructor will wait up to 15 minutes only.
If there is no response to calls or text messages:
• The instructor will leave
• The lesson will be forfeited (no refund, no credit)
• Payment must be made in full in order to schedule and confirm any lesson or service.
• By booking with us, you agree to receive messages related to your appointments.
• You must provide a valid phone number where you can be reached for confirmations, updates, or
changes
